It's true that this liner takes longer to dry than other liquid liner pens, but in my experience it hasn't been much of an issue. I use setting spray and fan my face after applying and it helps prevent it from smudging. I love the bold color, though it is definitely not matte in case you are looking for a matte pen. I personally prefer this pen to both Stila and Kat Von D's liners. Read more
I heard so many good things about this eyeliner from reviews and from females I know that use it. I was super excited to find it available on amazon cause everywhere else at the time was out of stock. I finally had the chance to use it last night and the damn tip was dry! I figured ok, maybe it sat on a shelf for far too long so I decided to “shake” it like I would with any other eyeliner. Still dry. I thought ok, maybe I need to treat it like a paint marker and press up up against my finger until the liquid come out! It seemed to have done the trick except when I put it on my eyelid, dry! Wtf am I doing wrong?!? This should be this hard! I mean, I spent nearly $30 on this!
