I heard so many good things about this eyeliner from reviews and from females I know that use it. I was super excited to find it available on amazon cause everywhere else at the time was out of stock. I finally had the chance to use it last night and the damn tip was dry! I figured ok, maybe it sat on a shelf for far too long so I decided to “shake” it like I would with any other eyeliner. Still dry. I thought ok, maybe I need to treat it like a paint marker and press up up against my finger until the liquid come out! It seemed to have done the trick except when I put it on my eyelid, dry!
