I’ve been using this steam mop for about a month and it works pretty good. I use it on hardwood floors, furniture and even windows. I really like the detachable handheld, it’s super useful. It heats up fast and is easy to use. Steam power is good enough for deep cleaning. The size is nice for hand but It is a bit heavy, overall I would recommend it. Read more
Great … until it’s not. This is my second one. I returned the first because I thought it must have been a dud — so many good reviews! This time I used it as a mop first. Does 100% amazing as just a mop. 10/10. However, you start using it for grout or your bathroom or even your stove — -2/10. So… basically somehow the water (NOT OVERFILLED) will seep back into the machine making the handle untouchable. Steam will then come out of the switch and drip out of the bottom of the handle. Try to turn the power off and pick it up as it leaks boiling water all over you. Not to mention when this occurs, the unit starts to smell of fish 🐟 which makes me think electrical fire risk. Maybe if you ONLY want to use this as a mop it’s a good choice but 2/2 times using it as a steam cleaner this leaking, burning happened. Both. Times. Wow, ended this taking photos to show and the heat and pressure inside the unit made the handle panel open. I don’t know about you but generally wiring and water do not mix well!
