I have a genetic disorder that makes my joints dislocate (EDS). I was dealing with a bad shoulder dislocation and this brace saved me. It fits well, it's breathable, soft, and didn't tug on other joints or ribs like most shoulder braces do. Once I put it on, instant proper seating of the joint and pain reduction. Keeps everything together (which is quite the task) and helps posture to boot, which for me means less spine and rib pain. I measured to ensure I purchased the correct size. Welp, what showed up “fit” but was far too loose to offer any support or compression. Material is cheap as well. Even if it did function, I doubt it would function for long. Spend the money to buy a legitimate brand; this one is a waste of time & money. Read more

I used this to support shoulders on a very difficult mountain bike race. It worked good except the arm holes are very tight. Would be exceptional if it had 2" cut and adjustable velcro arms. Read more

I got this to help my connective tissues. I measured, and with my shoulder width, I should have fit in the medium. The medium fit my shoulders fine, but the arms are not adjustable and I have some extra weight on me right now. I tried to make it work but it is uncomfortably tight in the arms and I will be returning. Hoping to find a double shoulder brace or I may start taping them. Read more

I know there are a horrible number of ineffective and downright duplicitous products for treating arthritis pain but holy moly this brace feels like it was purpose built for my shoulders. Gives me the exact support I need, especially when sleeping. I took off one star because I was in between sizes and took a guess and happened to be right (M/S and I guessed medium), the thing smells for a few days after you open it, and it can cause pressure points in your armpits. I usually have to adjust it a couple times every few hours to keep it in the right place. But again, the relief is well-worth these minor inconveniences. TLDR: if you have bad pain in both shoulders and find that propping your arms up/supporting the joint makes the pain go away, give this thing a try. P.S. If your shoulders are messed up, it can be tricky to figure out the right way to put this on. I doubt any two people will find the same method is the most comfortable, so experiment. I bend over at my waist, let my arms dangle in front of me, and then slide both arms through at the same time. Trying to do it upright and one arm at a time was very painful. Read more
