Just what I needed to add to my daily walks! At first it was a weird adjustment, the pockets are odd. But once clipped and the straps tightened, it doesn't move around. So either prefect for running, walking, rucking, it'll definitely add to your workout. I do like the small area on the chest to clip your keys to, if needed. I do feel like the design fits better for women. And it doesn't leave a bad smell after workouts, though I do sometimes spray it with Febreeze just if I've had a very sweaty run. Overall, love it! Exactly what I needed. I bought a lighter once first but did not notice enough of a difference, also had fit issues. This one is completely adjustable so and I can add weight as needed. It is comfortable even after our 3 mile walks. Also like the reflective stripes as we walk in early morning when still dark. I am older so continuing to challenge my body keeps my bones strong. This is great, well made vest! I'm 5'2, 117#, 65 year old, active lady and this has a lot of adjustment so, it could fit multiple sized people. I started walking with just the weight of the vest and none of the added weight on some hilly, gravel, grassy areas and you can feel the difference than just your own body weight. I really like the vest. I think it's great that you can take the weights in an out so you can start with a lower weight and then work your way up. It's overall pretty comfortable, and well balanced. My only issue is that I can never get the side straps to feel really tight and they tend to loosen up a hair as I walk—not the worst. Great for walking, but bounces and flaps if you try to run with it. Love the pocket in the front for phone. Read more
