This firm is phenomenol. I had some issues with the headphones and they not only responded immediately, but also took care of the problem. They provided wonderful support and were very helpful to guide me in setting up the headphones and working through all my questions. I give them a 5 star rating as the headphones are also terrific. Pretty good headphones especially for the price. I have only a few issues that I've had over the last 2 years. One issue is that the audio from a video can be picked up through the microphonebut often I can avoid this with changing my suppression or just mutting my microphone. Another issue I found is quite odd and might just be a me problem, but I personally find that my ears hurt after wearing the headphones for a few hours especially since I have a bit larger than average ears. Overall the headphones are pretty good in microphone and audio quality. Read more
Genuine about their sound quality, bass is great honestly noise cancelling is something I didn't expect, all for 30$ is insane I won't use the mic though cuz I already have a fifine mic, exceptional quality and I will now forever be a fifine glazer till I die Read more

I got these for my son for Xmas and I'm writing this in March, so they have lasted at least! They are definitely sound cancelling (unless he's ignoring me lol) they are EXTREMELY comfortable and I like that the mic comes off and on... They're so far the best headphones I've gotten him under $40! Read more
Edit: It was actually my controller that sucked. I got a new one and the headphones worked perfectly Original: I plugged it in and within a couple hours the wire at the base started to fail, and by the next day it basically stopped working altogether Read more
