I had one of this before, and lasted me for more than a year. I kept dropping it, so it ended up being dented all over, so i decided to buy a new one. The old one was misshaped outside, but still in good condition inside. Anyways... i live in an area that have 100 to 115F weather on the summer; this bottle keeps the water cold for a long time. As someone who drinks a lot, I like how it comes with bigger size, like the 40 oz. None of my backpacks can hold this bottle, but the handle that is on the cap is very handy. As you know, in the heat a frozen water bottle will defrost quickly and be hot in no time. But this product is amazing. I have placed cold water in this FIFTY/FIFTY bottle have run errands and have left it in the car, parked in the sun (outdoor temp 93 degrees), when I drank from it water was still cool. My curiosity has peaked, I placed the bottle with cold water and one ice cube at 8pm and when I tried it at 10am the next morning the water is cold, I was convinced it wouldn't be, because the outside of the bottle was warm, mind you it was parked in direct sunlight since sunrise 'til 10am. I live in Florida and it is HHHHHOT. I recommend this product. What I enjoy the most is when I go for my walks I can still enjoy a cold drink, not a hot one, which as you know not as satisfying when you are thirsty. Read more

After years of using Nalgene bottles, I picked up a Fifty/Fifty 40 oz. insulated bottle at a friend's moving sale and ended up liking it so much that I bought another in a different color. It's easy to drink from and carry with the I like the fact that it holds more than a quart/liter and the handle makes it easy to carry around (and is perfect for attaching a carabiner for keys, etc.) It keeps iced and cold drinks iced and colds for hours - there have even been a few times where I've gone to bed with some ice in my bottle and It's still there when I wake up (try that with a Nalgene). It's also built like a tank - mine has been dropped several times on concrete (getting out of my car) and a hard kitchen tile floor and It's none the worse for wear. Great seal, perfect size for my needs, like the handle. But...the threading of the cap isn't great. It wants to crossthread on a regular basis and is pretty annoying if you're constantly taking a drink and the sealing back up (which is kind of the point of a vacuum-sealed thermos). Also, nitpicking, but the mouth hole is a great size to get ice in, but it's harder to drink out of because it's just the right size for the top of the mouth hole to hit your nose when drinking (unless you're careful every time to tilt your head and the bottle to avoid it).
