I purchased this shoulder brace for my husband after his surgery. It has been remarkably effective. He found it easy to use, and after a few days, he was able to put it on himself. The ice pack stayed securely in place, even during his walks, and remained cold for a good amount of time. When we planned to visit family/friends, I would place brace and ice pack it in my tote bag so he would have it during our visits.
