Discovered via simple experimentation that the tips of these units will thrash like crazy on the end of a small blunt-nose 4-inch pocket vibe, magnifying the vibe oscillations exponentially. Key is to insert vibe tip rather shallow – no more than ½ inch. Any farther kills the thrash and becomes difficult to remove later.
