This shirt is wonderful. It is lightweight, fits perfectly and best of all has extended our swimming days. With the temperature of the pool dropping to the 60's it was tough getting in. With this shirt we are able to stay in the pool for an hour or more to do much needed exercises we cannot do "on land." After buying the first one and seeing how good it was, I bought a second for my husband. Both of us agree it keeps us warm and comfortable as the days grow colder. It is a great purchase!!! Read more

I swam without this top in 62F water, and had to get out after 30 min because I was getting dizzy. The next night I swam with this swim top and my swim cap, and was able to complete my workout. It adds a few degrees of warmth, which is what I needed. Read more

Very tight fit but that is needed in a swim shirt. No restrictions in arm movements. Actually feels looser during use. Go up one size not two. Best for cool not cold water. Makes it feel 2 or 3 degrees warmer. Read more

I use this for water aerobics in the winter in North Florida. Our pools are heated but there can often be a cold wind and clouds. All my class bought this shirt because of the price and then because we all love it. It is warm and lightweight and a good price. I use mine for daily swimming as well as my classes. It fits well and looks great. We are not surfers so this shirt is perfect for all our needs. Read more

I run a private swim lesson business and travel to many backyard and community pools. All of which are different temperatures. I use to wear just regular "rash guards" to try to help keep me warmer and protected from the sun until I discovered FINIS thermal training shirts. They keep me INCREDIBLY warm all year round in colder water and when I get out, I don't feel the cold breezes that I would normally feel. They are soft, warm, dry SUPER fast and can be used time and time again. Basically I rotate between 3 of the same thermal shirts to keep them lasting longer, but I am in the water 30+ hours a week (chlorine and salt water pools) and my shirts usually keep up for months. They are a great investment and I wouldn't recommend anything else. If you have a child who does private lessons who gets cold easily, I would highly suggest buying these shirts for them. It works well swimming in in door or outdoor pools. Tight fit, and feels warmer (a degree or so) than swimming without this shirt. However, if you are expecting to get even warmer, this is not the right shirt. The wind can still get through the shirt when it is wet. Read more
