I'm 5'3 and 160lbs, slimmer waist, bigger thighs, you know the deal. Anyways I got a size small for some compression and in case it stretched out with wear. I own a similar one that did that so I sized down. I definitely could've done a medium, but the small also fits pretty well, not too tight. The fabric is soft and looks nice, but the neon pink will definitely show your panty lines (if you wear any) if you're looking for some type of compression fit, size down.
