These are good for the money. Practical for the grill or cast iron skillet. They are flat on the bottom and most food doesn't stick. Still best to use paper though. Heavy with comfortable handles. Not too small. Seem like they'll last. Read more

review is for the rectangular shape: just received / have not used yet but first impression is that it is well made, solid/cast iron, heavy with adequate grooves/texture to provide friction/prevent for sliding of hot dogs or sausages. my only "complaint" (reducing star count to 4) is that the color of the wooden handle is a much brighter orange than depicted in the pictures. the pictures would have you believe that it is more of a mahogany color or other wood hue but that is not the case. Worked perfectly (although the bacon does seem to stick to it once in while). However, it kept the bacon flat. These are a little bit larger than older ones I had which is perfect to cover more of the griddle and so glad they are larger. Good weight, good handles, great product. Read more
