Gorgeous, well lined and heavy coat! Loved everything about it! I used to have a similar London Fog and honestly this material drapes so much better! I'm 5'7 inches and weigh about 128 pounds (i got a Small). It left plenty of room for bulky sweaters underneath. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. A true classic at a bargain basement price! I've read most all of the reviews, so was aware that the epaulettes might be an issue. When I tried it on, I was too busy checking the fit (too small) to remember to look at the shoulders. When I did, I literally took a step back and felt my eyes go wide open! To call them oversized is misleading. They are truly laughable. They made them way too long, so the top of the epaulette pops up above the shoulder. I bet that I could have slid a tennis ball into the space!! Unless you like to sew, I do not, steer clear of this coat. This WILL need to be fixed. If you decide to order it anyway you will see what I mean. The coat was wadded up and squeezed into what I think is Amazon's repacking bag. (Has a green stripe on it.) I did not see any evidence of prior use. There are enough wrinkles to want to remove them. I liked the styling. The arms and shoulders were comfortable. The sleeve length was fine for me. The length of the coat went right were I wanted it, just below the knees. It is heavy, but because I live in Oregon, I wanted it to be warm. Waterproof or resistant, I don't know - maybe resistant. The fit is the unfixable problem for me. It is too small at the waist. I could barely button the inside button. I did order my usual size because I thought that there were arguments for both too small and too large. I absolutely need the next size up if I decide to reorder, it is going back though. Read more
