I am really excited for how this product turned out once it arrived. The inside holds a decent amount of food/containers and is insulated. The outside has a tough fabric so the sides and bottom doesn’t seem like they would scratch or tear easily (may get dirty over time with regular use). Love the side pocket that holds a drink and appreciate the length of the handles (can put it over shoulder if you are a smaller sized women or can carry it in your hand like a purse).
