Cup - Leak proof, reliable and even if you forget and your cup sits out for a day, there is no breakthrough leaks. This is a real plus. You can use this all day long. I make tea and coffee in this to grab and go. I have found it is absolutely reusable too! The cup stays sealed no matter. I have poured boiling water into it, no problem. They look great sitting on my coffee station and I can encourage guests to try them. The reliability is a huge bonus. The bottom of the cup is solid and does not leak ever! Sleeve - Constructed of thin cardboard that is sealed on a diagonal. The seal has never broken. It is an absolute must to use the sleeve with the cup as it blocks intense heat. It will be warm where the sleeve sits when you hold it but won’t ever burn your hand. I’ve had insulated sleeves that didn’t block the heat as well as this one. The positioning of the sleeve is perfect, and it stays in place! Lid – I would have preferred the lid to be dark brown but that is only a minor detail. The lids have a drinking hole and do not seal so you could spill the contents if it is tipped over. This is a minor detail for me as well. Lids snap on and stay! The lid fits perfectly. Stirrer/Straw – I love that the stirrer is a double straw. I stir my coffee put the lid on then pop the straw into the drinking hole. I am happy with the straw so I don’t stain my teeth or take a big fiery hot gulp that burns. Since I don’t drink coffee daily I bought the 50 pack but as it becomes cooler here and I start drinking more teas too, I’ll certainly buy the 100! As posted in the Headline I bought the 16oz white paper coffee cups with black lid and "kraft" sleeve 50 pack. Cup - White paper with a "plastic" waterproof coating on the inside. I assume it is "plastic", but I am not 100% sure (you can probably check what it is made out of in the item description or contacting the manufacturer), but it is pretty leak proof. The cup has yet to leak and I tried it with letting hot water (212° F) sit in it for over 24hrs. It has re-usability, I have re-used the cup at least 3 times in a row, over the course of around 8 hours. The cups stayed in shape, I have washed it and reused it, no issues. Again, I have only done this around 3-4 times, then tossed the cup. Because I didn't want to carry it around with me, not because it couldn't be re-used. So you can probably get more uses out of a cup than 3-4. It fits under my Keurig with room to spare (going to try the 20oz at a later date). Do take note! You absolutely need to use the sleeve if you are drinking hot drinks, as the paper Does Not take much from the temperature of the drink in the cup and it gets Very hot. Not hot enough to actually cause burns, but it definitely does not feel good. Use the sleeve. 5 * it works better than expected, and can be used multiple times. "Kraft" Sleeve - Not much to say about it, the sleeve seems to be made of cardboard, doesn't break, if used correctly. Fits the cup well. Does make it to where you can hold the cup with hot liquids, as it makes it the where the cup feels warm, not hot, where the sleeve is located. It covers a good portion of the cup and fits around the middle. 5* -It works, like it is supposed to. Lid - The lid is black, and looks as shown in the picture. It does have a hole for dinking, that isn't covered, so technically you CAN spill. So far, the lids fit properly and dont leak when drinking from them. I have used about 10 cups with lids, at the time of this review, and no issues. That doesn't mean that there can't be one that wasn't made correctly, as that can happen, I just haven't had that issue. 5* It works like it is supposed to. I have amazon prime, and ordered this through amazon prime, so I had no issues with the delivery of the cups and they were not damaged on delivery, like some people mention. I have purchased these cups several times with no problems however every cup I have used so far ( about 12) from the past order has leaked out of the bottom. A slow leak but a substantial leak. 9/8/25 EDIT: The company responded to this review by giving me a full refund, unasked for. I purchased the 16oz size and it’s the perfect size, I personally use it for hot chocolate. The cardboard sleeve is a little thinner than expected but it’s better than nothing. They keep the hot chocolate warm for a good amount of time. So far they’ve held up well and haven’t had any leaks. Read more

I bought the 24 oz cups and they are all completely stuck together as if the wax coating was still warm and acted like a glue when they packaged them. The wrestling match to pry them apart damages the bottom of most of the cups (if you ever get them apart). Similar to those paper straws some coffee houses use, the cups fall apart quickly, especially with hot liquids, and the bottoms leak (probably from prying them apart).
