4 stars due to: What I don't like: 1. The ring battery is limited - needing recharge every 8 hours. 2. the ring has to be 100% charged before it will synchronize with my phone app. 3. Despite measuring my finger using a jewelry ring sizer (6.5 ring size), the ring I chose (size 7) was tighter than expected. 4. The blood pressure measurement is way off - much lower than my at home BP tester. What I do like: 1. The features/tracking options and that I am able to customize what I want to track. 2. This thing wild cool. Tracks my sleep all night without even feelin like it’s on – like it’s not even there. All them charts in the app got me checkin my stats like I’m a pro athlete or somethin. Steps, heart rate, oxygen and stress too – it’s all in there, no subscription junk either. I charge it once and it lasts days, plus the lil case tops it off like 15 more times.
