I am 5'4", almost 29 weeks pregnant, and just shy of 150 lbs and I ordered Small. I like maternity shirts that you don't have to worry about coming up, but these were really long. They almost completely covered up my shorts, and when I sat down, it almost looked like I was wearing a mini dress 😄 (Most pairs of my shorts would totally disappear under these shirts). They might work better with pants, but I don't wear pants in the summer 😂. The part around the belly was nice and loose to allow for airflow which is nice!
