Good resistance
I bought another set of these of a different brand to take on vacation with me. I couldn't pack a set of dumbbells, so I thought that these might be able to replace that to some degree. I liked them so well, I decided I wanted a set for home too, but that brand was no longer available, so I bought these. They are very similar, but these are much thicker. I like the fact that they are all shades of blue with the lightest color being the lightest resistance, and the darkest color being the heaviest. They come with a little pouch to keep them all together. They work and they were a lot cheaper than some of the other brands too. Read more
