This is the second one of these I have purchased and I've been so delighted with it. It is thick, well made, and I like the extra mat because it works well for my knees. The color is just right as well. It is slip resistant and has a good grip too. Also it doesn't come with a horrendous smell which is wonderful so it doesn't have to be aired out! I like the quality of this mat it’s very thick as you can see which is perfect for me plus it comes with an extra small mat for your knees which is the same thickness. I am not an expert on yoga mats since this is the first one I purchased. I find it fantastic. It is LONG, about 1 inch thick and comfortable to stand on. Further, it appears to be non-slipping and sticks to the floor. The carry straps are high quality and easy to take off and to attach to the rolled up mat when you’re done. Highly recommend this man.
