These are high quality spiral notebooks that also meet a high standard for sustainability. The fact that every part of this notebook is recycled material of 80% or more is really something quite outstanding. In addition, certain unique design touches make this a superior notebook for usage purposes as well. I love the PAPER 2 sided pocket at the beginning (perfect!), the little triangle at the beginning of each ruled line, the dual texture tree image on the cover, and even the mysterious icons in the corner of each page. I gave my elderly mother 2 of them (one to go with her new 'ipad for Seniors' learning book, and one for keeping notes on her Health journey) for Christmas, and kept 2 for myself. Great notebooks but a bit pricy. The paper is good quality and the covers are practically indestructible. I use them to journal, keep notes and I keep one in my car. I gave one to my mom to keep track of her doctor appointments and write down what he says. The notebooks hold up great. Read more
