If you use tier 1, thick towels for detailing, these aren’t those. They’re good for general use and for tasks that aren’t specific to detailing paint and other highly visible surfaces. I use them a ton. There’s always various tasks that you know will stain or ruin your expensive towels. Wonderful product, many many uses from washcloth, dusting wood floors or mopping, or dusting furniture without using product - I love the fact my windows are spotless and there’s no lint especially on my car inside windshield! I can clean my glasses with no product just this microfiber cleaning cloth and they are bleachable washable and you can put them in the dryer, but they dry so fast sometimes I just take them out and let them air dry because they’re ready for use in an hour! I picked up this 8-pack of FIXSMITH microfiber cloths mainly for cleaning my boat and tossing a few in my tackle bag. They come vacuum sealed, which is actually a nice touch—keeps them clean and compact until you're ready to use them. The cloths themselves are soft but durable. Good size (12x16) for wiping down surfaces, seats, electronics, etc. I’ve used them wet and dry, and they grab dirt and water really well without leaving lint behind. One of the small things I appreciate: the bright colors. On a white boat, that actually makes a difference—easy to spot if one falls or gets left somewhere. No complaints so far. Overall, although I am certain these will not be the best quality microfiber cloths you will find, I certainly hold them to be a great value for the money and they have served me well. I appreciate the amount of cloths that come in this pack and it has been great for the very little money spent that I am now able to keep a microfiber cloth in every space/area that I would need one. In the time that I have used these cloths, I have not seen any fibers coming detached and I would again restate that they are certainly good quality and value for what you are paying. In my use of these cloths, I have used them on watches, screens, and various other surfaces, and they have worked well while leaving no scratches. I'm disappointed in the FIXSMITH Microfiber Cleaning Cloths because they feel thin to me and are an odd size. They are unlike the ones I've been using, so when I pick one up it feels strange. They do a decent enough job and I suspect that if I didn't have other microfiber cloths that these would be more likeable. I use a lot of microfiber cloths on any given day because after I wipe something, like a sink or counter, the cloth immediately goes to the laundry room. They get the job done. Read more
