Arrived on time and in good condition. Quality is good. The lumbar support was very uncomfortable for me so I removed it completely. The removal was difficult and not pretty. It had to be cut out but since the chair is for my shop, appearance is not a priority. The chair is much more comfortable without it, at least for me. Might be different for you. No other issues.
