I've been working from home full-time for over a year and my old dining room chair was destroying my back. I needed a proper ergonomic chair but didn't want to spend $300+. I landed on this one because of the adjustable lumbar support, and I couldn't be more happy. The assembly was quite painless. The instructions were clear, and the tools that were included helped me put it together in about 20 minutes. The adjustability, however, is clearly my favorite feature. It's not a gimmick, but a life savor. It moves up/down and forward/back so I can position it to my lower back perfectly. The seat cushion is also a big plus. It's comfortable for the 6+ hours I need to sit and work. Overall, for being this affordable, it's an incredible value. I’ve been using this chair for a while now and it’s been great. It’s comfortable, supportive, and easy to adjust, which makes a big difference when sitting for long hours. Arrived on time and in good condition. Quality is good. The lumbar support was very uncomfortable for me so I removed it completely. The removal was difficult and not pretty. It had to be cut out but since the chair is for my shop, appearance is not a priority. The chair is much more comfortable without it, at least for me. Might be different for you. No other issues.
