I purchased the five-pack of Drain Snake Weasels for about $14, and they were absolutely worth it. I was able to unclog two bathtub drains and a sink in my house quickly and without using any chemicals or calling a plumber. Not only did they remove a surprising amount of hair, but I also discovered a hair tie from my daughter stuck in one of the drains, which was the real cause of the clog. I would’ve never found it without these. They’re very easy to use, flexible, and extremely effective. This was a simple DIY project that saved time and money. I usually receive my Amazon purchases and use them without ever feeling the need to leave a review. However within two minutes of using this product I was talking out loud to myself how I’m not sure the reviews could even describe how amazing the Drain Weasel is. My shower was very, very clogged. It had been draining slowly but when I looked in after my last shower the next day, standing water. It took two min to understand the directions and assemble the tool, it worked within the first 10 seconds of use when a giant hair clog came out, which was both amazing and made me wonder if I was starting to go bald. This was a stubborn clog, I had to work at it for 30 min but the tool kept going. It was easy to use and kept pulling things out of the drain that both impressed me and made me me queasy. The only complaint I have is cleaning the end of the tool is a little difficult once the hair starts to stick to it, making it less “grippy” over time. The literature says you can sterilize and reuse the that part but after seeing what was attach to it there was no way I was going to do that. I also don’t fault the tool too much on this point, I needed up eventually pulling out a rat sized hairball from the back of my shower drain, so there was a TON of hair in there. I would happily buy this tool again and am already planning on using it on a problem sink this week. It is well worth the money. Read more
Works great, easy to use, and certainly beats having to pay a plumber. I try to help the bathtub drain by running cold water for a minute or two after showers (this helps wash away soap buildup). But when the drain inevitably starts to slow, I use this snake which helps a lot! Read more

We love these things! I have bought them multiple times now. The pack last awhile because it doesnt need to be done super regularly but anytime we have a sink or shower that starts to drain slowly we use one and it clears the pipe out well and things start moving as they should.
