My daughter ordered this dress in a variety of colors and sizes to try on for a Homecoming dress option. She is about 5'1" 90lbs and very slim and small. The xx-small fit her perfectly. It was not too tight or too short on her slim, petite frame. In person, there isn't a lot to this dress but that's nothing unexpected both at this price point and compared to other dresses from similar retailers. These aren't meant to be heirloom pieces but to be worn once, not break the bank, and make you look cute but not trashy. I wasn't super fond of the look of the shoulder straps. They were basic elastic covered with thread. Not a deal breaker but not awesome. The shimmer in the fabric is nice and not overwhelming, and it seemed like it would not be too itchy. She ordered the pink, dusty pink, and ocean blue and all of the colors matched what you see online. Her favorite was the dusty pink because she's not a fan of "hot pink". We ultimately went with a different style of dress, also from Amazon, but I would recommend this to others without hesitation. It was a good dress at a good price. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Super cute, material isn’t see through, material is thick and it fits well. I love the style with the sparkles and it’s super cute for a casual dances, etc. I would recommend sizing up one because it is tight. It is comfortable, not scratchy at all. I absolutely love this dress! It fits true to size and is super flattering.
