Update 5/2018: so this is the second year of using this product for my pollen allergy. It works really well and my nose is perfectly sane this spring - no running nose, no congestion, all day! Of course I will not rely on it alone. First of all, I have window filters on all my windows so little or no pollen can get inside in the first place. This alone greatly reduces the amount of allergens I am exposed to, since I spend most of my time indoors. Secondly, I wash myself as soon as I get home from outside - rinse my sinus with saline nasal spray (A MUST!), take a shower and change clothing. This greatly reduces the amount of allergens I can bring from outside. Thirdly I have this nasal spray, which allows me to go into the park during the peak allergy season daily for a run while enjoying the beauty of a vibrant spring time bloom. I haven't dared to spend more than an hour in the park, but I have gone shopping for much longer. No need to bring tissues, although this product is still quite useless for my eye symptoms, thus still a star off. Original review: Mist so fine you almost don't feel it. Won't drip down the throat or burn your sinus. Totally unscented and easy to use. I usually have to stay indoors all day long and wear masks going out for short period of time during the allergy season. Exercising outdoors (which I love) was pretty much out of the question because masks made it hard to breath and would overheat my face. This medicine allows me to go outdoors doing errands and even exercise. During the peak allergy season I am still able to walk/run half an hour in the woods without getting a runny nose. I can stretch it out to an hour if I carry a couple of tissues. That to me is a miracle. None of the anti-histamine pills could achieve that except in the very beginning of the season, when pollen levels are low. Spring is the most beautiful season of the year. With the help of this medicine I am finally able to enjoy it out there. So why am I taking off one star? It doesn't protect my eyes as well as my nose. This is the Flonase that works for me. I could not use the other one long-term it was too strong for my nose. I just wish that my doctor would cover it. They only cover the regular version, which is amazing since it's over-the-counter but I'm really glad I decided to do this one instead. I've been using it seven months now. Read more
