Surprised at how well these actually fit my 2002 Highlander Limited. Sometimes these "made for your specific vehicle" mats really aren't, and you have to deal with a weird or missing cutout. With the age of my car, there's not a lot of products on the market made specifically for it anymore. Each mat is actually sized correctly. There are a few spots where they ride a little high, but I think over time as they relax, they'll sit near perfect. The bigger pieces were obviously folded for shipping, but a few days in the car should help out tons. The cutout for the gas tank release on the floor leaves it perfectly accessible, and the anchors for the driver side also lined up very well. The cargo area mat is sized right, but also still easy to flip up to access the storage compartments and spare tire underneath. I was impressed by the seat back mats - not only are all the notches for the tie downs/tonneau cover correct, the flap at the bottom sits perfectly on that gap cover portion when you fold the seats down. The velcro strips are strong, and they include 3 extra strips if you find you want to add some for better staying power. Material itself is good quality and thick. I immediately spilled a coffee in the car (they clearly arrived at the perfect time!) and the mat was easy to hose off. The fit and style makes these look like they were custom made for the car. A total nightmare!! My dog can't ride in a vehicle with out getting violently sick. I figured these mats would solve the problem. Went out in 30 degree weather to put the mat's that have the velcro tape on them in place in the back hatch and couldn't get them to fit right. Then I realized all the tape was put on the wrong side and impossible to get off with out damage. Don't these people have any quality control. I then contacted Amazon and they we're gracious enough to refund my money. I don't believe these mats are being sold any more but if they are BEWARE!!!! Debra Herring Read more

If I could rate lower, I would. The foit was poor across all mats. The cargo mat was small all around. A gap of many inches were around all sides. Were these really the correct mats for my car? Bit the bullet and bought Weathertec mats. So worth it! They were not that much more expensive. Worth the price difference. Thicker, sturdier and tight fits. Read more

I put this set in a 2002 Highlander Limited and the fit is surprisingly precise for such an old platform. The front and second row liners drop into place without trimming and sit flat around the edges, so there are no curled corners to catch your feet. Coverage is good enough that I am not worried about dirt and spills getting into the carpet on daily use. The pieces that go on the backs of the rear seats are a smart touch and I like that they come with velcro already attached. Once pressed into place they stay put when the seats go up and down, which keeps the cargo area looking tidy. It makes the whole setup feel more finished than loose mats tossed in the back. The main thing I would change is adding the same kind of velcro strips to the main cargo liner to lock it down as firmly as the seat back pieces. Even without that it still sits well and has not bunched up enough to be a problem. Overall it is a very good fitting liner set for a 2002 Highlander that makes the interior easier to live with, just shy of perfect because the cargo piece could use a little more help staying anchored.
