This product is very good. I haven’t been taking it for more than a month yet, and I already see changes in my digestive health. I have less gas, which used to cause me so much pain. There is a lot of hype regarding probiotics these days. I have taken different brands/types of probiotics in the past, but these seem to work better than all of the others. I started taking Florastor after a round of anti-biotics created an intestinal infection. After a bit of research, I read that the unique probiotic strain in Florastor could possibly help restore your health gut flora. I don’t think that the hype around Florastor is bogus, as I truly believe that this product has helped me quite a bit.
