Taste pretty good and do the job of providing the fiber I want. Expensive though and I kind of hate that I’m paying so much for a by-product of the manufacture of their other products. I thought these would be a good way to get my fiber while traveling when I couldn’t have my usual high fiber breakfast. I love the clean ingredients and I actually enjoyed the taste as well. My issue was the terrible GAS. The painful kind not the stinky kind. As soon as I got a little “relief” the gas would just build up again.
