This thing is the worst. First of all, it doesn't cool anything. It's no better than a fan. It leaves a pool of water on the floor. The first time we tried it, it soaked the carpet. Then we put a plastic trash bag down, and it created a giant pool that we had to vacuum up with a shop vac. It advertises 10 hours of runtime, but even at the lowest setting, it ran out at 4 hours. Don't waste your time with this. Read more

It is a good fan, but it doesn’t really work as cooling. You have to unscrew something every time you want to empty the water tank. Read more

I purchased this product with high expectations because of the 5-star reviews, but I’m very disappointed after using it for the first time. The unit leaks water, which caused damage to the bottom of my bathroom door and could easily ruin flooring if placed on carpet or rugs. It must be set on a hard surface to avoid water damage. The cooling system is inconvenient and ineffective. There’s a small container that holds water, and when it runs out you have to keep refilling it. It also comes with four small freezer packs that must be frozen and rotated to help it cool, but even with these, it feels more like a regular fan than a portable AC. Standing just six feet away, you can’t feel any airflow at all. On top of that, it’s not quiet—the noise level is more like a loud fan than an air conditioner. Overall, this product does not match the description or the glowing reviews I relied on when purchasing. I will be returning it and cannot recommend it. Read more
