This is a very nice fall and winter weight sweater. It is a bit unusual for a sweater that has a fall and winter weight to have a design that reminds one so much of spring! (Of course, spring can be pretty chilly sometimes, so there you go!) The design on the sweater is bright and hopeful, cheerful and sweet. It feels good just to wear it. I ran it through the washer and dryer twice. It did not pill and did not shrink. Good signs! If you are looking for a warm sweater that reminds one of spring, this may be the sweater for you! This is NOT a fleece sweatshirt. This is a very soft finely knitted sweater. It does run slightly large with longer sleeves. The material is fabulous and the color is outstanding! This is casual dress up. It washes extremely well and maintains its shape even when dried in dryer. It fits very comfortably and is cozy on.
