Update for 2nd purchase 2 years later at bottom Original: I'm a detailed person and am very picky about my robes... that makes it hard to find one I really like. I returned 3 before finding this one. I want actual pockets, not squares on the front! I want a plush/sherpa feel that's thick and will actually keep me warm. I want a hoodie, and I want it to go all the way down to my ankles! I'm 5' 5" about 115 lbs, size small all around, but ordered a L. This robe fits me very well, I go bigger so I can move around and have extra to wrap around. It actually goes down to my ankles!! It's very soft and pretty warm actually. I did compromise a little on the chest area, bottom of the hood/top of the cross section. Given how the robe is made and where the hood connects that means you can't cross the robe but so high, and the hood won't cover but so much around your neck. The top of the hood is fine, hangs over actually, so thats no issue. But at the neck area I do wish it came forward more than it does. My neck isn't exposed or anything. And if I'm really cold I simply fix it by pulling any extra slack forward and up a little bit. To adjust where the 2 sides cross, which gives me extra that I just hold around my neck. That's a personal preference thing tho, so nothing to deduct from the robe and its quality. Update: So obviously I love this robe right? I've worn the living mess out of this thing for 2 years now! So naturally when I need to replace it, I want the same one. I ordered gray. It's still the same size wise, softness, hood, etc. The most noticeable difference when I opened the package, it wasn't nearly as heavy as I expected. I immediately took it to compare to my old one, and the new one is significantly thinner and lighter than the old one. Which has probably lost a good % of its weight at this point. I'm extremely disappointed with how different it is compared to my other. To the point I may return it. It is still thicker than the typical robe for sure, it's just not the same as it was. And for $60 I'd expect thicker than this. Read more
I bought this robe for my daughter a couple years ago and it was so nice I got myself one. Perfect robe for cold days! So cozy and warm but doesn't feel too heavy when wearing! The inside of the robe is as soft and comfy as the outside of it. Our house is cold in the winter and this robe makes it comfortable. I even just ordered another color to have a spare. I'm 5'4" and this robe goes all the way to the floor. I love that it covers my ankles. I don't use the hood as a hood but it keeps my neck warm. The color is nice! I chose the color because there was a deal on this color at the time. I highly recommend this robe for warmth and comfort. It is perfect thickness and weight for me! Read more

Great value for the price, sewn well, and a medium fits just right on me. Voluptuous pile is warm but not stifling and is not very heavy on my shoulders. I love the hood! It keeps my neck warm without having to pull the collar every few minutes to close the gap. Perfect for Fall, Winter, and spring but I will probably only use it sparingly over the summer. So far the pile is holding up well. No shedding. Read more

LOVE this robe, it's so soft & cozy and it truly does go to the floor. I appreciate that in the description it tells you to go by length if you want a longer robe. I purchased the XL for the length, I'm 5'6"/150 lbs so I'm normally a medium. I purchased both sizes for comparison and I kept the XL, sure it's a little bigger around but I wanted a floor length robe and it is. I absolutely love it, it's not too big that I swim in it. I've washed it 2-3 X and it's holding up beautifully. It's warm & comfy and the color matches my walls - silly huh, but I'm that girl!! The robe is lovely. Very soft, and comfortable. It is thinner material than expected, but I’m actually glad because I personally get too warm in a heavy robe. I did wash immediately in my front load washer on a quick wash, 15 mins, gentle cycle, cold water, with the robe tie in a garment bag, and dried on low heat. No issues whatsoever. I am 5’7-1/2” (67-1/2”) and purchased the large based on length suggestions (large is 59”), and the length is perfect for me as it hits an inch above my ankle. Very cozy and comfortable.
