I got a 4wk old kitten that needed wrangling and this playpen was the perfect solution! It's big enough to store all of her items (bed, toys, litter box, scratching post, etc) and I can sit in there with her with plenty of space. It's quite comfortable. The floor is easy to clean. She steps in her own poop sometimes and tracks it everywhere, but it hasn't been a problem since I can just wipe it up! The walls are high enough to where she can't climb out and no other animals in the house can climb in. The mesh walls are surprisingly sturdy and they don't sag at all which is essential for her protection. We've been using it to help socialize her and our other animals. The door's zipper is very smooth and the zipper only opens from the outside. I can see how this would be good for children. Set up is very simple, I did it by myself in less than 20 minutes. It's kind of like setting up a small tent! The corners have protective plastic feet on the bottom so the playpen doesn't scratch your floor. The light gray 47x47 playpen is an excellent play area for our 9 months old grandbaby girl. It’s quite sturdy, very light to move around, easy to assemble and disassemble - less than 25 minutes. Recommend watch YouTube video first by scanning the QR CODE (came with product) made it more easy and instruction is simple. I’m a work from home mom trying to delay the start of daycare for as long as possible and this playpen has been a life saver. It was easy to put up and light weight enough to move around. I will say, though once you put it up, it’s pretty much put up. It’s definitely not good if you want something that you can put away when you have guests or travel with them this may not be for you it’s definitely stationary. It was also surprisingly sturdy. For my babies comfort I purchased a mat to go inside of it and now it’s absolutely perfect for my needs and reasonably priced. Love this Play Yard! This is our second one, though we bought our first second hand. We find that the size of this one is best for a growing and exploring little one. It gives some freedom, while still being safe. The mat is not the thickest, but it is quite sturdy and I feel that upon falls it cushions enough while letting your little one learn how to brace themselves when falls happen. Assembly can begin a little scary but is quick and easy once you know what you’re dealing with! The mat is super cute! I have seen some reviews mentioning that it can be a little slippery at times, I find that when I have toys in it, it really helps with that, I only have issues with that when it is totally empty. 10/10 recommend! I run a daycare from our home, so insuring the safety of my crawlers is a top priority with toddlers running around. This is the perfect size for both babies to play in together. I love that where was extra padding around the top bars to keep them safe, especially while they’re learning to pull up and stand. It was easy to put together, I did it myself in about 30 minutes. They provide simple instructions that include a QR code for what I assume to be video instructions. It claims to save you up to 10 minutes. I can’t speak to that, as the link no longer works. It can’t be folded up in any fashion without taking the whole thing apart, so if you’re looking for something similar to a pack n play in that sense, this wouldn’t fit the bill. The bottom is extremely thin and provides no padding or protection if you have hard floors. It is a thin piece of fabric and that’s it, so I did spend an additional $30 purchasing a mat to make it comfortable for them, I don’t believe it would be without it.
