I saw in the reviews that it was hard to install but i think it was pretty easy you just have to keep the support bars in there and don't take them out. We received our bag promptly but it had a rip. I contacted the seller and the replaced our bag free of charge. The bag is very big and spacious. Great quality, sturdy, and durable. It was a bit hard to get the poles in place inside the bag. I like the locking claps on the garment rack. This bag is huge! There's easily room for 8+ costumes plus shoes and makeup/hair accessories. I love the insulated pocket for snacks and drinks. The support bars are fairly easy to set up and I anticipate it becoming easier as we get used to the bag. My daughter wanted a pink bag so this fits the bill. It has a handle and wheels for easy transport. My only complaint is with the privacy tent that came with this bag. The instructions are very confusing and once I managed to get the frame assembled I couldn't get it attached to the rack. The support pieces wouldn't stay in place. I can't say much for the quality of the fabric enclosure since there was no way the structure would support it. Now I'm on the hunt for a simple curtain that will attach to the rack. My daughter's only requests for a dance bag were that it must be pink and must have a privacy screen. She just isn't comfortable changing in front of everyone. Maybe I'll attempt the tent again some time, but for now I'd say avoid this bag of you were sold on the privacy tent like we were. Bag looks like good quality. However the bars/rods to hold the bag open and the garment rack were missing. I bought this for my daughter's dance competition this weekend and discovered that the bars were missing when we were packing. So we're not able bring this for out of state competition. Disappointed because we really could have used it this weekend but the garment rack was missing so would do us no good. Now I have to return this giant box after a long weekend. Read more

I bought this for my daughter to use for her dance performances and for competition. She has been using a regular duffle bag, which is heavy and everything is just piled in there. This will make it a lot easier to stay organized and the wheels will be nice so she doesn't have to carry everything. The garmet rack will be really nice to have so she can have her different outfits separated and organized to make changing between dances faster and easier. The bag is made out of a good sturdy canvas material and the zippers are nice and look like they'll last a long time. It has bars that go in it to make it rigid that are removable if you want to fold it up to store it when you aren't using it. Read more

The media could not be loaded. The bag is amazing and you can put it together in less than 60 seconds. The best part is the rods for the garment rack go all the way down into the bag making it more secure and the rods that are used to strengthen the side to side strength of the bag are snapping rather than suspension so they won't come loose. But with that said the courtesy privacy tent that they provide is very flimsy and not only that zippers were manufactured upside down lol. They admit that they have had them accidentally manufactured upside down and they can't replace it because their entire stock was this way so they're asking us to so the zippers in so that they work. That's ridiculous. So if you're not depending on the privacy tent this is great and it's more stable than the other bags on here and it's affordable. Read more
