This is a great mat if saving space for storage is your primary concern. It packs up easily and fits neatly into any space you have for a fairly small box. The only downside to this mat is that it is pretty thin for how much give it has. If you're on your knees for more than a few seconds, you will definitely feel the floor in an uncomfortable way that I haven't experienced with other yoga mats. WOWZA… this foldable mat is everything I was hoping it would be. It’s lightweight, folds perfectly square & flat corners, lays perfectly flat every time, has no smell, is waterproof and washable, has many different usable configurations. I like to use it folded in half lengthwise, then fold the end a couple times for a pillow. Perfect for a laying down meditation. It also works as a single square foot pad for sitting, elbows or step. It even folds up to pad the back and seat of a chair. I looked long and hard at every single folding mat available on Amazon. This was THE only mat that ticked every single box! We actually use this as a landing pad for our dogs when they jump off the bed. It helps them from slipping and provides a bit of cushion. Love the neutral color. Read more
