Excellent sofa! It's sturdy and doesn't sag when you sit on it. It took its shape just a few hours after I took it out of the box. It's low, but that's mentioned in the description, perfect for a child, but even an adult can use it without problems; they'll just be lower than a regular chair or piece of furniture. OK - so this will have it's uses, but not as a sitting chair as shown with the model (zero chance that lady is actually sitting on this). Got this for my tween's room, as an alternative to a bean bag, and also because his sibling has sleep-outs in his room frequently and hoped this would keep them from having to drag in so many blankets to sleep on the floor. We'll start with the pros: It's a soft material - not scratchy, kind of a velvet-like corduroy. Comfy to sit on, even with bare skin (so nice for kids with sensitivity issues). Easy to set up and inflated fairly quickly once it was unpacked (comes flat as a pancake, vacuum packed and rolled). They do send a letter-opener type of tool so you can open safely without slicing the material, and then you just wait for everything to expand. Pretty easy to configure and reconfigure between a laying flat floor cushion (for sleep outs) and then flip up and over into a chair (velcro straps on each side to hold everything together). Now the cons: You cannot sit in this like a normal chair. There is ZERO support in the back (even though the add lists back-support as a feature) - you just fall backwards. In order to sit and lean at all it needs to be up against a bed or wall. Base size is fine for an adult, but the very low backing makes it more practical for a tween/kid size, and even for them it hits mid-back (so you can't lean back and rest at all without something else behind you). The arm bolsters are not, and cannot be, attached in anyway (not even with velcro). They are just stand-alone rectangle pillows. (This, I guess, is good if you want to use them as actual pillows when this is laid out flat, but not so good if you want to use them as arm rests). The material (as mentioned) is velvet-like, so it does show butt-prints immediately and will pick up every bit of lint in the room (unsightly on black, as it will look dirty-ish even when it's not). Truly, this is kind of 2 orthopedic dog beds connected together with a back. All that being said, we will still use it. My complaints were mainly as an adult gauging functionality for money spent, not necessarily on the satisfaction of the 10-13 year-olds that will be using it. It was moved up into their room and they have used it quite a bit. They like they can jump on it without fear of bean-bag pops, and love that they can fold it flat for sleep-over-instant mat on the floor (at just about 6 feet it's long enough for the kids to sleep on, but likely not comfortable for adult men). My son says it's much too low to the ground to use for gaming comfortably, but likes it for reading and watching movies, and just pulls it over against his bed so he has a hard surface to lean back on and adds some pillows. Overall, I think it's over-priced for what you get and I wouldn't call it a 'sofa' - but as a sort of multi-purpose substitute for a beanbag in a bonus room or kid's room, it has it's place.
