This is an outstanding value. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and functionality of these scissors. The covers for the tips is an added feature because they are pointed and very sharp. My old scissors came apart for easy cleaning, but these do not but do clean easily. I thought I was just rolling the dice on these but I am happily surprised at how good they actually are for the money. Getting 2 identical scissors and another curved blade pair for what these cost makes them a great buy even if they were 'just OK' scissors......BUT!!! BUT they are actually really good for everyday use. I wouldnt use them for any 'heavy duty' use as they are not designed or sold for that but they would do well as a 'medium duty' kind of scissor. These are the strongest kitchen scissors I have ever used. I use them for chicken thighs and legs and they are amazing. I never knew that kitchen scissors have the ability to cut through chicken bones so that was such a nice surprise that it worked so well. I've had it for six months now and I've pretty much been using the same one over and over, occasionally the other large one. We eat lots of chicken in this family, I'd say I use it 3-4 nights every week. One may have lost a tiny of its strength but very insignificant amount, maybe it reached the typical level of strength the scissors normally have lol. It's easy to use and not too difficult to clean, so I'd definitely recommend these scissors. Read more

These scissors work, very well, sharp enough, and strong enough to do everything I need. Great grip, easy to use, and cut quickly. The curved scissors, however, feel strange to me. I really didn’t need them, but they came with the set. I know they are for seafood, but I don’t Cook that much seafood. Read more
I love these kitchen knives. They seem sturdy and perfect size and so far cut nicely. My only complaint is that the magnets on the case aren't very strong. One of them couldn't hold its weight on the fridge and kept sliding down, and I'm not sure how long the other will hold in there. I really like the design, even when it's not Halloween. Read more
