I am not a matcha expert. Having read many reviews on various matcha products I have gathered the brightness and bitterness (or lack of) are the important characteristics. This matcha appears to be very bright green and I can taste it straight up and is earthy but not bitter. I am using it to make a matcha latte to mimic my REBBL matcha latte's that I love but are a bit spendy to have daily. This seems to be a quality matcha for the price. Read more
