Helps my feet so much

CleanerDecember 28, 2025

I love these Footlogics shoe insoles. I'm never without them. I have them in all of my sneakers. They provide the arch support and extra comfort I need for my flat fleet. They are super easy to put in the shoes and do exactly what they are supposed to do. My feet don't hurt at all after walking all day. Read more

Life Saver

Immediately relieved the burning sensation in my toes and balls of the feet. I'm a 68 year old woman. Been fighting with my feet for many years. We own a small vineyard and do all the work ourselves. For the past 2 years I have only been able to work about an hour before my feet started to burn. My knees and back were also impacted. I would walk out of the vineyard like a hunched old lady on hot coals. Now, thanks to these wonderful inserts, I walk out a smiling old lady who is standing tall. Knees and back are also happy. Have bought many different products including having a specialist custom fit me with a rise for the ball of my foot. The rise is placed right behind the ball of your foot and glued to an insert. This relieves pressure on the toes and balls of the feet. I like that the Footlogics rise is built into the insert. They are not bulky and don't take up an excessive amount of room. Currently using them in an older pair of Keen hiking boots and they feel amazing. I wear a woman's size 8. Bought a small. They fit perfectly and did not need trimming. They do not shift when crouching, bending or walking on uneven ground. Perfect for hiking and walking the dogs. Do yourself a favor and try these inserts. Read more

Best insoles I've tried so far

BradApril 16, 2023

What can I say, except, shoes are a pain. I'm 6'7" over 250 lbs and have size 14 shoes. To make matters worse, I have high arches. Finding shoes that fit and are comfortable is near impossible. This means I've tried a lot of shoes and inserts over the years of varying costs and quality. I have even used the ever popular Superfeet. My favorite support are Birkenstocks slides which are technically too small but fit due to being open sandals. These Foot Logics are the next best thing. I have used them for roughly a year and swap them between my shoes. They do fit in multiple shoes, another challenge with finding the right insole + shoe combo, and they have a good balance of metatarsal and arch support. They seem good quality and are holding up to daily use. My one complaint is that I would like more arch support and have ordered their higher arch option to try. Any shoe that claims to have arch support feels flat to me, as I mentioned, I have very high arches. Everyone's feet are different. Our toes are different lengths, our arches are different heights, lengths, and locations, and so on. I have tried high arch insoles that had the arch in the wrong spot. These are in the perfect spot for me. Your feet might be different. Read more

Best. Inserts. Ever.

Kim W.June 6, 2023

I have spent well over $1000 on different things for my foot pain. I have a torn plantar plate which causes pain under the joint(s) at the base of my big and first toe. Not operable. Told to "live with it". I've bought shoes, metatarsal pads, I don't know HOW many other inserts, professional orthotics.... But was still suffering. The biggest problem I had with most other inserts was that the arch was SOOOO high!!!! Right in the description of most of them it usually says "high arch". And they are high!!!! Every one I bought would cause so much pain in my arch that I could not wear them. Then I got my first pair of Footlogics inserts. Holy cow. The metatarsal pad seems hardly noticeable and I really didn't believe they could possibly help, but they do. And the arch is NOT high, but there is one. For my feet, it's perfect. I think I now have around 5 or 6 pairs of these. Pretty much every pair of shoes I wear has them. Sneakers, hiking shoes, winter boots - everything. These insoles have saved my feet and my sanity. No exaggeration..... Read more

Painful! Support in the wrong places

EmOctober 2, 2024

I realize these orthotics seem to work for most people, but for me and a minority of others with similar reviews, the placement of the raised area is too far back to offer ball of foot relief. Instead these cause intense foot pain, rather than relieving it. I wore these for 8hrs on my feet two days in a row and have not been able to properly feel my toes in my left foot for over two days after discontinuing use (tingling, loss of sensation in toes, plus shooting pain in my feet and up my leg). Two thumbs WAY up

Damian G.January 7, 2026

If you have plantar fasciitis, you will find these a godsend. I went from wearing "The Boot" from my podiatrist to wearing my regular shoes with the addition of the orthotics. Two thumbs WAY up!! Read more

FOOTLOGICS AND EMSOLDS BOTH EXCELLENT

Captain CriticalAugust 15, 2023

The Footlogics were great and so were the Emsolds. Pronounced metatarsal support. Which brand you choose depends on the shoe. If there isn't a lot of extra room in the shoe, the Emsolds work better because they don't take up as much space, and they end before they reach the toes. Perfect for certain shoes. However, with thin-soled shoes, and certain others like my Stan Smiths, which are kind of flat, the Footlogics felt better, I think because they have more overall padding--but make sure the shoe is big enough for the space they take. I tried both brands, experimented with all my shoes, then selected which one worked best with which shoe. Ended up buying one more Footlogics and two more Emsold. Both stay in place without adhesive in my shoes. Excellent products that help a lot. Read more
