I have pes cavas feet and am having severe pain under right ankle because foot tilts outward. These insoles help the foot stay straight or even. I feel it is making a big difference in lowering my pain. Now I may not have to get fitted for a brace. Gonna give it a couple more weeks but I have high hopes with this amazing insole. Wish I would have found them years ago. These are, definitely, worth trying if your arch is too high. They also have insoles for other types of feet. Read more

Have bought about 5 different brands of inserts in the last few years and these are definitely the best quality of those I’ve tried. Bought them for supination-walk on the outside of my feet and really notice a reduction in foot aches at end of a day of use. Not cheap but definitely do the job. Highly recommend. Read more

These are absolutely the best insert for supination I have ever had! These were a life changer for me! I have dealt with the perineal tendon tear for the last year because of my high arches and supination. These inserts are amazing, I can hike with them in my Keen boots easily, they fit my new balance shoes perfectly, and my feet feel so good, they really helped me correct my alignment as well. I know they might seem expensive, but there is very few things out there for this kind of problem with high arches as a lot of you already know! these are recommended to me by my orthopedic surgeon. Just wish I could get them on my FSA card though, I can only ever find these on Amazon! perfect fit, just buy the size that is your normal shoe size, I had no trimming or any adjustments to make whatsoever. The size of these is too small. It states up to 6.5, and all my shoes are 6.5. The insert is about a 1/2 inch too short. I’ll be purchasing the next size up. I wear size 6.5 running shoes and I could feel the end of the support under my toes. When I compared them to the insert I pulled out of my shoe, there was a noticeable size difference. Order a size up if you’re not sure. Other than the size, these have helped tremendously. I am a runner and play tennis. I started getting ankle pain and it felt like a sprained ankle, but I never actually did anything to injure myself like a fall or twisting it. This was at the beginning of the COVID pandemic around March 2020. I put off going to the doctor, and thought if I just rested and iced that it would be okay. 10 weeks later and I was still hobbling around, couldn't walk down/up stairs, etc. I thought I could have injured my Achilles somehow. I finally went to see my doctor, who recommended an Orthopedic doctor. That doc recommended an MRI and another specialist to see after I got my results. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my ankle. It was my calf muscle! I have high arches and supination (underpronation). My heel rolls towards the outside of my foot, I tend to walk and run on my toes, and my calf (over time) shortened. This caused stress and my calf muscle to have huge knots, which caused pulling on my ankle and the pain I was having. I started doing my stretches recommended by the doc, rolling with a foam roller, and muscle roller. The pain FINALLY went away and I could start exercising again. My doc also recommended these insoles to help correct my foot when I'm running, playing tennis or just walking around. I haven't had any issues since, and along with all the other physical stretching, these insoles are a lifesaver. Read more

Nice insoles for high arch problem. Foot doctor recommended after reviewing my ankles/feet and x-rays. I was experiencing ankle pain. These work great and are similar to DonJoy Arch Rival. These are a bit heavier than other insoles but the shape of the insole is retained after walking and running in them for a long time. Read more

Wish they weren’t so expensive because the life of these is short. But they are excellent alternative to custom orthotics Read more

Ortho Specialist MD Recommended! Crushing bilateral foot injury nearly 2 years ago and these have made it possible for me to walk again!! I wear them in ALL my shoes!! Subscribe and Save to get new ones as they are only good about 6 months at a time since I wear them 10-12 hours a day! Even in hiking shoes and dress shoe (different type but same brand). Get them in your special needed area of foot and ankle support. This works for me but, ask a ortho or podiatrist for the exact type for you. Your feet will thank you! Read more
