This radio is legit. Easy to install plug and play. Basically a tablet as a radio with car play as an option. Can connect to phones hotspot or 4G lte network. The media could not be loaded. If you want to spend an insane amount of time on WhatsApp with techs who don't have a clear grasp of English, go ahead and get this. The unit comes with pretty much everything you might need, EXCEPT for clear instructions on REQUIRED software updates! The AC started blowing extremely hot. Even after the upgrade for it, I still have to turn it all the way to high, then back down to cool to get the AC to function properly. Plus, I've been on the phone with "support" for 4 hours and the only thing I've figured out is what NOT to use to get the sound working. That's right. This radio comes completely silent UNLESS you get the latest upgrade, which BY THE WAY doesn't work and fails repeatedly. AVOID THIS STEREO! Installation was simple and easy to do. Operation wise there as some pros and cons of the thing Pros, car link so no need for usb. It can use the original GPS antenna. Cons Sometimes the unit will not recognize steering wheel button inputs. It will also not display Airflow level or temps. The buttons work but figuring out what's happening is a hassle. This did not work in my 2013 Durango. I had a professional shop that has done work for me in the past to do the installation. Customer service would not work with them when they reached out for technical support to troubleshoot since they did not purchase. When I tried to be the middleman, I never got a response from the seller. I would steer clear; it looks cool in the picture, but it was big and cheesy. I might have liked it if it had worked, but I also feel I dodged a bullet when I saw people on YouTube having issues down the road. Went with a Sony, super happy with it. Read more

It was easy to install and took a minute to get the sound where it needed to be. If it sounds lower than the factory radio sound then go to the settings and sound and there should be a volume setting. Turn it up to 30 and back down to 0 and it should solve that problem.
