They are each in a foilpac and have a plastic backing that peels off to stick on forehead. (I deducted one star as a few of my foilpacs stuck and I had to pull the patch out without the backing). These state that they are for" wrinkle reduction and skin restoration with a nourishing blend". On package it says "aloe vera", "collagen' and "vitaminer" and says "forehead patches are infused with potent anti-aging agents and a luxurious blend of botanical extracts. These patches effortlessly target and minimize wrinkles, while enhancing skin firmness and smoothness." With our plumping and refining patches, you can experience visible results and unlock ageless beauty today." Directions say to wear for 6-8 hours, preferably over night. I have not tried to wear overnight but I had no issues with them staying on while working on computer at home. The patches stuck on very firmly and stayed in place which is exactly what you want. Label says: Apex CE Limited (RP), North Point House, North Point Business Park, Co. Cork, Ireland They are not tested on animals. Expiration on my package is 5/28/2027. These are easy to use , just stick intro place, and they are the thicker gel-like patches that feel cool on the skin. I did not experience any irritation or adverse effects. These work exactly as described. I have some fine lines starting to show, and these patches do a great job of "freezing" the muscles and smoothing out the skin while I sleep. The significant other was intrigued by this forehead wrinkle treatment. It contains 12 self adhesive pads that purports to reduce forehead wrinkles. The pads do offer good forehead coverage, and stick on rather well. They do caution to avoid getting any of the treatment components into the eyes, so remember to wash your hands after applying the pads. We were a bit disappointed, after reading the ingredient list. The prominently mentioned ingredients, collagen and aloe vera, are at the end of the ingredient list (Non-Ionic Pure Water Aqua, Tartaric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Disodium Edta, Aluminum Glycinate, Cellulose Gum Nacmc, Aloe Vera, Collagen and Vitaminer). This means those are the least quantities amongst the ingredients. Also a bit concerning, the product description states "Aluminum Free"; However, as you can see in the ingredient list, there is Aluminum Glycinate. The significant other did try the pad overnight. Of course, one treatment did not evidence any observable improvement. But, the pad did stay in place during the night's sleep. And, she did not have any adverse side effects (again, keeping in mind this is a single, solitary application). This seems to be a convenient possible wrinkle treatment for the forehead. These forehead patches are such a great find! They stay in place overnight and feel comfortable on the skin. I noticed my forehead looked smoother and more refreshed in the morning after just a few uses. The patches don’t irritate my skin and feel soothing with the collagen and aloe. I've tried a few different forehead wrinkle patches and this one seems to be on par with the others that I have used in the past in appearance, quality and price. There's a thick gel that dissolves into the skin overnight while the patch is on. For the most part they seem to stay in place while you sleep. These were the only ones that somehow found their way onto the pillow while I slept. I beleive, for the most part, that the serum that was on the patch had already been absorbed by the time it fell off so it wasn't that big of a deal. The product when applied feels cool to the touch and covers the area between your eyebrows and the main surface area of the forehead, where wrinkles would most likely persist. The ingredients include a 'vitaminizer' which is pretty vague. I assume it's the basics: concentrated doses of vitamins (A, C, E, K)... but it's hard to be certain. It didn't seem to cause any skin irritations or breakouts and my forehead didn't harvest any new fine lines so as far as I can tell it works as advertised.
