If you have pets, jewelry or long fingernails this would be something you would want to try and avoid. These have a nice flat elastic waist band and overall the material is very stretchy. The leggings are already roomy and unfortunately after sometime they become baggier in the knees and hips. They are very comfortable and they are thicker than most. I give this a good rating because the price is under $10. I use them for lounging at home, they are more stylish and warmer than my basic pajamas. I wish it was a matching set with a shirt.
