Love our new upgrade. The last one we had was outdated and the water wouldn’t drain. I had trouble with the drain stopper. This make it easy to stop and release the water for draining. The color is beautiful too. I tried to upload a video but could not. You can view it on my Amazon profile as I’m sure I’ll have no issues uploading it there. The quality is good and I have not had a problem since installation. Since the whole bathroom is being done, we had someone install it, but it works, so I cannot speak on the instructions😅 The pressure on fully open is high. This was a surprise. It turned out to be a great value, easy to install and a great price. I just wish they made shower systems. We installed three on a recent remodel and they have been fantastic and have held up very well to daily use months later. It’s just a good solid product at a great price, the valves don’t leak, and it looks great! About the only thing that could be improved is the set screw. It’s not good but silver and it would be nice if it was the same color as the rest of the sink faucet. Pop up drains work well too. Edit: ok folks, I know this never happens on Amazon reviews but here we are April of 2025, and I’m posting a follow up review. Every unit is installed and working and have been problem free. We do have one drain that got clogged by a tile workers and died on us, but that’s because the tall man decided to clean grout in the bathroom sink instead of outside and the poor little drain just couldn’t take it. I don’t think that has anything to do with the product, but it’s a nice reminder that grout and pop up drains need to be kept separate. The only issue we have, and the reason I’m mentioning the story, is that we aren’t sure where to buy a replacement from this vendor. We would love it if they also sold drains that matched the original equipment separately. But thats the only issue we have had with them. Solid performers for the price and has been working well for years at this moment, delivering solid pressure and still don’t have any marks or problems. I love the aesthetics of this faucet. I had it installed at the end of September. It’s now the middle of December and the water coming from the spout has slowed incredibly. We used the key to remove the screen and it was horribly rusted. We used a long qtip to wipe the inside of the spout and it appears the entire inside is rusted. It’s beyond the return date, which seems funny since this is obviously a defective product. Not safe, not durable, not functional not worth it! Read more
