Great inserts. I bought 3 pair so I don’t have to change them from shoe to shoe. I have fallen arches and I travel and walk a lot and these have helped my feet tremendously. I find most shoes today come with minimal arch support, even a lot expensive running shoes. I generally buy a little cheaper shoe and slip these puppies in transforming them to a very nice comfortable shoe with great arch support. They do not provide plush cushioning just great support for my feet. The cushioning comes from the soles of my shoes. I only buy shoes where the insert that comes with the shoe can be removed and replaced with these inserts. They seem well constructed so they should hold up a long time. I had plantar fasciitis and was jumping around trying to find the right insole for my shoes. After seeing the FORM insoles at an expo, I decided to give them a try because they seemed a lot sturdier than my other ones. Not mention, at this particular expo they were being marketed to people who are on their feet all day in work boots. I figured if the insoles could stand up to that much usage then they might be good for me to consider for my dress shoes that I wear to the office and my running shoes. I purchased the reinforced Insoles for my everyday running and walking shoes and the regular insoles for my dress shoes. They have been great. Ever since I have started using them my feet have felt less fatigued and my fasciitis has not flared up near as much. I like this insole for a few reasons. First of all, I like that the insole is a full insole and it is more durable and better at keeping to its form than others I have tried. I particularly like the reinforced pair because of the reinforcement to the heel and the arch. This reinforcement was something that I was not finding in many insoles and it has been great, giving my arch and feet the support that I need. The best part about these insoles is that after a few wears it molds to your feet and you don't even know you are using them, except for the fact that your feet feel better. I was a little skeptical because of how much they were. When they showed up they didn’t look like anything special. I have been battling planters fasciitis in my left foot for about four months to the point that I can’t walk by the end of the day. Ice, anti inflammatory meds, massage hasn’t done much up to this point. I am 6’3” and fairly muscular build at 240lbs. Was hoping for something. Day 1- I heat molded them to my foot this morning and put them in my cowboy boots (the shoes that are by far the most painful after wearing them all day.) I wore the boots for 10 hours today and have much less pain. I was so excited for the success day one that I had to review these and suggest them. I will be ordering more for other dress shoes, tennis shoes, and work boots. I am sold. They held my foot in great position. As you can tell I am ecstatic for the release and hope that I will finally start getting my healthy feet back again. I don’t review much but this was something I couldn’t pass on if there are others out there that could use the help. Btw I looked into 10-15 different brands prior to choosing these as I am naturally a sceptic with things like these. The cheaper ones I have bought in the past never did much. These inserts are good for arch support. But they are too flexible for prevention and or treatment for plantar fasciitis. Also what firmness they have doesn't last long. Read more
I have these in a brand new pair of 5.11 tactical boots, and so far, I really like what I feel. I did try them without removing the padding that came in the books as I thought it was really slim anyways, but that little bit made the boot too tight and not comfortable at all. Just let these be your only padding. I did bake mine, and it seemed to fit my foot perfectly. I'm not ready to give these 5 stars just yet, as I just put them in a little bit ago, but if they hold up and do what they say, I'll be more than happy to give them the extra star. Read more

Two thick for my hunting boots, causes my feet to feel squeezed into the boot without adding the padding they are supposed to add. Prefer superfeet hike inserts over these. Read more
Didnt have to heat them up just insert and go to work. Fit the size 16 boots I wear. I walk 3-4 miles at work everday. I wish they sold for a little less but ultimately they are working as intended, its worth the investment. Read more
