The media could not be loaded. Two starts taken—Original package is very thin paper and arrived damaged. Probably punctured from the other items in the box- both seller and amazon packaging staff responsible to ship the items properly protected. I’ll keep it since no hygiene was expected or offered. The good part is, I’m hoping these will be very useful to encourage me to follow a better skin care routine.
