This is a very well made costume. Sturdy seams. I purchased this item because I was worried that the child size (5-7 yr) would be too small for my 10 year old, but turned out it WAS too big for a 4’9” person. I’d say minimal height for this item would be 5 feet. I am 5’2” and this costume fit me fine. Max height would be 6 feet or so. 6’2” person was able to fit in but it was on the tight side. For those who are wondering, the opening (circumference) around the waist is about 50 inches, and it is not made of strechy material. It has matching colored, elastic suspenders sewn into the body of the horse. From top of the suspenders to the bottom of the feet is about 58 inches, and can probably strech out to 62 in. But there is a hole at the end of horse hind legs, so tall person should be able to put their feet out if needed. Read more

The costume was a hit at work, especially when I galloped around the office with my cell phone playing a "clippity clop" sound effect. People LOVED it. The downsides, just so you are aware: - It's hot in that thing - Getting it on and off over shoes is a pain (think bathroom breaks and heat breaks) - I'm an average sized woman and it fit just fine, but anyone larger than I (think a tall man) might have trouble - The fake legs for the "rider" (me) should have been placed a bit more forward - The front horse legs hang much closer to the back legs than pictured here Again, people loved it. I purchased this for a high school play. The 'rider' is only 5'7, but I had to lengthen the straps to get the hooves to reach the actor's feet. The horse is well-made, and it was fun to use as a costume in our children's play. Read more

I am very disappointed in this item. It is the first time I have felt this way! I just opened my item and it is OBVIOUSLY used!!! I thought I was buying a brand new item! Very disappointed!!! It is like they didn’t even try to hide that it was used and damaged!!! See pics! And the pics are just how I got it out of the box! They have ripped it and put back together with safety pins. They tried to repair the seam and the neck is broke! It will not go straight. Read more
