This is a repurchase. My last one was unfortunately stained by a new pair of pants. I had it for several years and it held up wonderfully. Other than the staining it still looked brand new until I retired it. I get compliments on this purse all the time. It's such a cute purse. I love the shape of it also. I purchased this purse 3 months ago and have used it daily since. It is the nicest purse I’ve ever owned. The zipper slides easily. It’s clear this bag is a step up from any I previously owned. The pockets and storage spaces are perfect. They’re the exact amount I need. Sometimes purses overdo the pockets or don’t have enough. I like that my phone (iPhone XR) slides easily into the outside pockets, but they’re deep enough it has never slipped out. That’s convenient. A friend owns this purse in leather and strongly encouraged me to get it when I was looking. I think the leather version may end up on my gift idea list so that I have two options. I purchased this one as a splurge for myself when I had gift cards from donating convalescent plasma after recovering from Covid. I would never have gotten it without those, but now that I’ve owned this Fossil bag, I will be saving up to continue using their bags in the future. This one is definitely worth the extra investment. Great colors. I love that it can go both with a black or brown based outfit. I find that it holds all of my stuff and then some. Plenty of built in pockets both inside and out. The quality is great and everything looks really well built. Every metal piece came completely wrapped in paper to protect it. The only qualm I have is that the top zipper area tends to twist. It seems like the body of the bag isn't sturdy enough to support the shape of the bag if that makes sense. I wish it had a more sturdy, flat bottom shape and a little more rigidity so that it stood up on its own and held shape at the top. Read more

I love this purse for the number and variety of pockets. It is large enough for everything I want to put in my purse. I like the neutral color. The bottom is not wide enough to make it stand upright by itself. The only issue with this purse is the trim at the top comes off after just a couple months. Then the threads of the material unravel at the top of the purse. I think I would buy it again in a different material. Read more

I would normally go for a solid color, but the hearts pattern was on sale and that was more important at the time. And I am not upset by it at all! It has so much space but does not ever feel bulky, the pattern feels subtle, tasteful and trendy in person, there are the perfect number of pockets inside and out, and everything I normally carry found a more perfect spot in this new bag so easily.
