Amazing stuff! Is helping me feel as normal as possible after stopping my hormonal bc! I switch areas of application & don’t take during my period week. It’s helping with hot cold, mood & relaxation. It has a very earthy peppery smell but I don’t mind it anymore. Just take a little getting used to. Love the benefits. It’s been saving me the last couple weeks. Great quality! Nice glass container too! Worth the price, you don’t need much at all & it will last me awhile even the small jar. Sinks in quite easily. Is a tad greasy so let it soak in before putting clothing on or it will stain. Read more

It's hard to gauge if this is balancing me or not as I've only been using it for 2 weeks. I will say that it's a lovely cream that smells absolutely amazing. I will start by saying that I got my blood work done a few months ago and was told that I'm estrogen dominant, this was also right around the time I was skipping quite a few months of my cycle and hot flashes had stopped, the fact that I am now starting to get hotter at night is a slight indication to me that this product is working though because hot flashes are an indication of dropping estrogen levels. I don't want to give it 1 star, because everyone is different and has different side effects. Unfortunately for me, this cream made me SUPER dizzy, to the point I almost blacked out and was stumbling. I googled the ingredients and black cohosh can have that effect (lower your blood pressure), etc. Otherwise, it smells wonderful and was easy to apply! Not greasy at all, felt really great and I feel you get a lot of product for the price. You only need 1/2 a tsp for both wrists. It helped me fall asleep, but I couldn't stay asleep.
