Foxelli Womens Lightweight Heated Vest with Battery Pack

I bought a Foxelli heated vest from Amazon. I couldn’t get the heating element to work. I called Foxelli and said I could just return it. It was 31 days after I bought it, so I was 1 day beyond Amazons return policy. Foxelli sent me another one immediately. I realized when setting up vest #2 that I was trying to start the heating element from the battery pack, not from the little control button on the vest itself. It was pretty embarrassing. I wrote to them what had happened and asked them to invoice me for vest #2 since this was my stupid error. They said no problem, just enjoy both vests. I’m very impressed with their customer service, as well as the quality of the product. I’ll definitely buy from them again. I’m working outdoors in Pacific Northwest weather this winter and the vest really keeps me warm. Read more

The vest ist very beautiful and comfortable. I am not sure if I have figured out the battery yet. The light went out and it stopped heating after about 5 hours (not the 10 I read in the description). But even without the extra warmth, I really love wearing the vest and it also provides warmths without the battery. Read more

BE CAREFUL, I ordered 2 women’s and 2 men’s vests as gifts. a big hit! Ordered 2 more men’s vests in December as gifts. Returned 1 as it was too small. Gave the other as a gift to a track coach. He thought it was great and put it in his gym bag, still in the package. When he took it out, it was on FIRE! Amazon issued a refund but I am concerned about the safety of this product and will be contacting the manufacturer directly! Read more

I purchased this because I started a new job where I will be in a -20 to -30° freezer for 12-16 hours a day. I am 5’3 and 128 lbs. I ordered a large because I have to layer multiple thermals underneath but I could a medium would have worked fine. Shipping was fast and price was great. It included a battery pack and was still less expensive than most competitors who don’t include the battery. Item is well made, heats up fast and even with it on low keeps me comfortable in the freezers. While it low it lasts a good 8 hours but it will last a little less on medium and high. I did have to contact the company due to an issue with mine not heating consistently and not powering on all the time. They were extremely helpful and shipped me a replacement right away. Best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They were friendly, efficient and seem to really care about their customers. Because of their customer service and the excellent product , I will be ordering other items from their store as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Read more

I absolutely love my vest. The 3 settings are all perfect tempatures depending on what you need. I was able to stay comfortable on the low setting. The vest fits great and I probably would have been fine with a size small. Its very easy to charge and charges faster than I thought it would. The vest came very expertly wrapped with precise instructions. Once I had the battery pack fully charged I tried it out, it only took a few minutes to start heating up and feeling cozy. It's also an attractive looking garment with plenty of room for your hands in the pockets. I didn't rate the battery life because I've only tested it out for about 30 minutes. I would say that it warmed up nicely, I don't think it would keep you from freezing to death but I bought it for my elderly mother in case the power goes out to keep her warm enough until it gets restored and I think this vest is totally capable of doing just that all while looking fashionable!!
