I hate to talk bad about this product, I love Foxy Bae. Let's stick to the good points, beatiful pink packaging, The actually wands and general material are very nice and good quality, gorgeous pink color. I was really impressed with everything but the power. This is 1200 watts, it's not totally slow but if you have alot of hair, this thing takes forever to do anything, even if your hair is 80 percent dry. Too slow and just didn't do anything for my hair.. the air curlers do work amazingly and give very bouncy curls, my hair did not hold the curls, my hair went flat in 5 mins... great curling tool fir someone with medium to fine hair. I really wanted this to work for me, this is a gorgeous wand and all the tools.. Foxy Bae was very kind and encouraging to help me through my difficulties with the item and they were super professional and understanding about me returning it. So far I really love this thing. You prolly won’t get tight curls with it but it did give some really nice loose curls. Curling wands do take a bit of practice. I mostly use it for the blow dryer and the large brush attachment. And the price was definitely better for me than the Dyson or shark comparisons. Read more

I purchased this dryer again since I love the previous model but it finally broke. The old Model had an easy click and twist, this new one is now a push down but it is difficult to get apart. The previous brush was round and soft, the new brush is oblong and hard bristles. I like the unit but not the upgrades. Read more

- “Edited” I contacted customer service because after I posted this my device stop working. The GFI kept switching so it wouldn’t stay on. They immediately sent me a new product after I verified it was under warranty still. I’m still in shock at how great and fast the customer service was and they now have a customer for life. 2nd picture is new one they immediately sent me, not the same color because they didn’t have it in stock but I told them it didn’t matter. - Worrysome, first I want to say this is my second one because I loved the first one I had but unfortunately it just stopped working one day. I ordered this one and noticed when I started using it that it was way hotter than the first one I had. I was just switching the head and noticed it looks like it’s burning the plastic. I still love it but just won’t use it on the hottest setting now that I’ve seen this. Be cautious with this as I could only imagine if it caught fire while I was using it in my hair or even worse in my daughter’s hair. Read more
