Excellent TV. The built in Google streaming is fab and easy to use. Adding Apps is simple. Sound is surprisingly good for a modern TV with rear facing speakers. It's only 720P but it's clear and sharp. Excellent buy. Read more

June 27, 2024 After my last review update ~ the customer service and technical folks jumped on the problem. I was provided a link for a software upgrade. Once I had that downloaded and installed. The TV has been performing very well. Speed is faster, performs more consistently and has not crashed again. I believe the TV will provide reliable performance consistent with products related to the Google name. June 20, 2024 The problem reported originally has again returned. It worked for a few days after doing the recommended factory reset. Then it crashed occasionally, but the frequency increased. It now crashes regularly. The manufacturer did offer a refund, I have written to the manufacturer via their website requesting the refund that had been offered. I no longer have confidence in the reliability of this device. June 5, 2024 Following a negative review, the supplier responded immediately with suggestions to remedy (and the problem was corrected) and an offer to refund. I am now pleased with the product and feel it is a good product for the cost range. May 30, 2024 Very disappointed. I just use this device to stream Prime movies. Requires multiple screens to get through the "smart" features to access my personal watchlist. Once I select and start the movie, about 2 minutes into the show the program crashes and I have to start the process all over again. So far, on the 2nd attempt the movie runs to the end without crashing again. I have yet to start a movie and be able to enjoy it without the machine failing. This is the first product with a "Google" branded label that I have been dissatisfied purchasing. Read more

Have had many flat screen TV in my home, I rate this terrible. When ever you turn on you have to constantly adjust between regular tv or wifi. It should just stay at the last channel you watched. Unless streaming. Slow to get a picture, nothing great about it. Stick with proven winners, Samsung, Vizeo, Sony, 15 months and already stopped working. Been on for less then 100 hours . Read more
